Thankyou I will try both options. If this problem is present in the
official version and the 2.0.2 version what processes do I need to go
through to raise a change request to get the problem considered for
rectification.

Hi Steve,
it is possible that this was a bug which will be resolved in 2.0.2. You
can
test this yourself from http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.2rc. Otherwise
you
may want to download an official OpenOffice.org to see if there is a
difference between the Mandriva version and the official version.
