The short answer is "No". The longer one is that you can save your Impress, Writer and Calc files in Microsoft format. Most files will be fine. Some formating may be lost if you're doing out of the ordinary things.

p.s. There is no OpenOffice XP. Just plain OpenOffice.org, freely available at the web site of the same name.
