Yes, there are numerous way to do such.

In the print option there is a brochure.  It is a bit awkward but it can be 
done.
Format your 8 1/2 * 11 sheet portrait, print landscape as to a 8 1/2 * 14. You will obtain 2 pages printed smaller on one physical page. Make sure that you print all left first.
Labels and cards are available also.  But someone else is more experienced than 
I.

Don't forget to check the OOExtras web site for stuff as well.
