When I got it to work, I don't believe the "kit" existed (at least I had
not heard of it.) I'll take a look at it when I get a chance.

Unfortunately, it doesn't work for me, but it may work for you. Envelope
printing has not worked for me since Star Office 5.2 and my solution is
to create my own envelope templates based on A4 pages.

In what way does this not help, what errors if any and which step
failed? Answers to these questions will help.
