I'm still wondering why this information isn't displayed at a prominent
spot in the "download" section of the web site, though. And a web
interface to CVS the one found at SourceForge would also be nice...
the users list is an unlikely list to discuss building from source.
[email protected] is a more likely list as the developers are there.
Ohno. Not another mailing lists. I'm subscribed to so many that I can
hardly even remember the names of all of them ;-(
Further, I look at the download tab
( http://download.openoffice.org/index.html ) and see that sources _ARE_
available with a click of the mouse along with the solver. Likewise,
source tarballs are available in the same directory as the developement
snapshots. For md5sums, see the releases list.
I asked specifically for CVS access, didn't I? Not source code *as
such*. I'm otherwise used to obtaining source code from places like
gnome.org or sourceforce.net, of course - where info CVS access is one
of the first things you come across when entering the web site...
