Yes, but I had problems installing those.

I had to manually edit my "dictionary.lst" file after downloading
the german dictionary in the "C:\<Program
Files>\OpenOffice\share\dict\ooo" folder (on Windows).

Here is the content of that file from my machine, HTH:

# Each Entry in the list have the following space delimited fields

# Field 1: Entry Type "DICT" - spellchecking dictionary
