After a cut and paste from another sheet into a new, empty sheet (within the same calc file) I can't delete that sheet. The option is not shown in the tab! How can I delete it ?
Good answer. More details are needed to help you. OS, version of OOo.
I use OOo 2.0.1 under Win XP SP2.
Why? Because I cannot reproduce the problem.
I also blocked the entire sheet and unprotected the cells. No effect. This is why I ask.
Hmm, any possiblity of posting the offending file to your website so we
can examine it? If not, please send it directly to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] I am interested in seeing the the problem.
Thanks for the oppourtunity. I have sent you a private email

No problem. You are correct that file is locked in some way that I could
not decipher. I did, however, manage to create an new one that works on
my end that I sent by private email. I simply opened an new spreadsheet
and copied each sheet to the new one and relabelled the sheets. Now what
to do next? I suggest that you enter an issue into Issue
Tracker as this is the best way to have probelms such as this evaluated.
For myself, I could not discover the reason but think that it may be
significant.

If you haven't already registered, do the following:

     1. To file an issue you must register with OOo by clicking the
My Pages tab and selecting the Register link
http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/Join
     2. Fill in your information
     3. Reply to the confirmation email that will be sent to the address
you provided. 4. Once you have confirmed, go to www.openoffice.org again
     5. And click on the "My Pages" tab from which you can file and find
issues.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It is important that you file
any examples with the issue to ensure your need is understood.

Thanks for looking into the problem. I never filed a bug issue and now have to use this file, but this week end, with more time I'll try to file an issue.
