I am using open office 1.9.125 , tho in my ignorance I thought I had downloaded version 2 beta. Every time there was an error report the prog started the routine to log on , then froze and crashed, never seeming to contact yourselves. Subsequently I had other perhaps unrelated problems and was off the web and the net for some 2 months. annoyingly during this period the register page appeared every time I re-started the computer and seemed to slow down starting considerably. I have just run the 'repair' wizard and there seems to be an improvement.
