Forget about the Help bit. What I want to know is OS, and the name of
the file you downloaded. I also need to know if you checked the
integrity of the download image using md5sum. These can be found at 
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.1/md5sums.html in case you missed it
on the download page. 

My first suspicions are that something is corrupted or you have a
hardware problem such as a bad spot on the disk or some bad ram.
