If you are looking for Watermarks, try Format -> Page -> Background
and then select Graphic (not Color). You will have to prepare your graphic as
appropriate.
However, on some printers, with some drivers, printing will be
substantially faster if you do the watermark with the watermark feature
of the printer driver (if there is one), because if you do it that way,
the printer and the driver know that the same watermark is to be
repeated page after page, and it doesn't have to download it over and
over again. On one document of mine, it made the difference between five
pages a minute and twenty.
