Dear Sir,

Yes, I did checked the md5sum of the downloaded file. It shows

  24ce73409bd6d81c6732b21890332353 *filename.

The exe file still not working and receive the same error message when click
on the exe file.

So, what can I do to install it? Please advise.

  Thanks.

  Regards,
  lingsuang

Did you check the md5sum of the downloaded file? If not that is one way
of determining whether or not the file is complete. See
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.1/ for details.
