It dynamically changes. Either enter a month and year in the top of the page 
or use the up and down arrows next to the box to increment/decrement by 1. 
There is no need to ever save unless you add something to the table or you 
want to save the date.

There is a new version at the website as of 3/7 (V3.0), that has a few 
improvements.
