Here are the items I've listed to mention in the user guides:
* Calc can now open Corel Quattro Pro 6.0 files with extension .wb2.
* Suppress printing/PDF export of blank pages.
* Mail Merge wizard: email-related controls now hidden if
unsupported (I assume if the user hasn't set up OOo to be
connected to an email client, but I haven't checked this).
Some other items are mentioned in the announcement on the home
page of the OOo website.
