"With JRE" means that the downloaded file contains JRE. If you are
going to use any of the Wizards in OOo or its Database, you need JRE.
Otherwise, JRE might not be needed by you. JRE is Sun's Java Runtime
Environment.
Warning: Microsoft's version of Java will not work with OOo.
