Download and burn the ISO image to CD.
Then give a copy of that CD to every employee and customer of the 
organization.

OOo is licenced under the LGPL, which means that you are free to give
it away to all and sundry, or sell it for as much as you can get for
it.  It also gives you various other freedoms, like the ability to
view/modify/redistribute the source code, with the same licence.
