Also, probably a good idea to have a copy of the license that comes with the version you are using printed out and filed at your location for historical purposes. It is in the distribution.....

I believe there is no licensing fee for OpenOffice, not even for
organisations such as your public hospital.
OpenOffice is open-source software; just download it for free from
www.OpenOffice.org and install it on as many computers as you need.
