Any one of the download sites will do. If you live in the USA, pick
the site which seems closest to you. It might make the download just a
little bit faster. Or, you might want to pick a site in a time zone that
might not be very busy. For example, a download site in the western US
might have less traffic for people in the eastern part early in the
morning.
