Click the image to highlight it (a border of 8 green squares will
surround it). Right click inside the image and select Picture from the
context menu. In the Tab tab, you can change the width or height as well
as where the image appears on the page.
To correct your problem, click the "Original size" box. Then place an
"x" in the "Keep ratio" checkbox. Change the horizontal or vertical size
to what you want. The other size will change proportionally.
