To whom it may concern: I would like to switch to OOo as our productivity suite instead of Microsoft at the Toledo Lucas County Public Library. I am going to talk to the IT department to see if we can switch to OOo, but before I do wanted to ask if there is there any cost to use the program in a government facility.
