If you are using http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html for your queries, I would suspect that No results is probably reporting correctly. If, on the other hand, you are accessing Issue Tracker from My pages, you using the older page for searching and I would suggest that you change your query as whichever fields you have filled in the database does not have those keywords and hence the no result.
