Yes, there is. Create a document with the styles you need to use
repeatedly. File > Template > Save will create a template with these
styles. (For example, save it as PersonalStyles.)
If you want this to be your default template, File > Template >
Organize will open the Template Management window. The left side of this
window has a list of folders containing templates. Double click My
Templates to reveal the template (PersonalStyles) you saved. Right click
PersonalStyles and select Set as Default template.
