Tools-->Customize-->Toolbars and put it on the main toolbar. Same
with an "export as HTML"-button.
I seem to recall somebody requesting something like this a while ago
and the macro was actually quite simple. If you have a look back
through the mail archives, I am sure you will find the macro there
somewhere.
