I think it is because the dictionary files that You have downloaded is
corrupted. Maybe You can try to download it once more and do the installing
wizard once more.
Or if it doesn`t work you can:
1. Extract the dictionary file in the directory where dictionary file
located ( see Tools> Option> Path >)
2. edit a file with name "dictionary.lst"
3. You will see the pattern
add the line like the pattern above.
