Bad news -- no you can't easily move fonts from a PC to mac
Good news -- The two you mention should already be on your mac --
More bad news -- X11 is (kind of) like having a second OS on your
machine -- so you need to install the fonts --
You have two choices --
Go under file -- goto wizards and select "install fonts from the
web" -- run through the Wizard and pick the fonts you want -- given
what you went through with the X11 install you might want to skip
Chinese stuff :)
or
Open OO.o -- once it is open you will see a small white X11 window --
type ./Applications/OpenOffice.org 2.0.app/Contents/openoffice.org2.0/
program/spadmin -- (or copy & paste) -- and this will bring up a
utility that will let you add printers & fonts
Thanks

Well, X-11 got installed on my new iMac by reinstalling the
operating system, or so it seems, but it works and OO is also
installed. Along the way, I got languages like Korean, Finnish,
and more, plus a few fonts and other goodies I'll never use.
However, common fonts like Times New Roman, Arial, and some others
don't seem to be there. Now to figure out how to get them. Can I
bring them over from my Windows machine where I've had Word Perfect
9 running? If so, where do I put them?
