Greetings, It's been a long time since I've been able to use Impress to view a .ppt slide show. Using the mouse click, slides will advance erratically. Sometimes they seem fine, but usually some part of them is missing - I'll see only what appear to be textual layout elements - bullet points and the like, but no text and no background color or image.
If I manually select each slide from the left hand thumbnail list, I can view each one perfectly. I can barely remember when I didn't have some problem of this type, but now it's become reliable, such as it is.
