[users] How to Open .MDB file with Open Office on a Mac?

I would like to know how I can read .mdb (AKA MS Access) files with  
Open Office 2.0 on a Mac? The only instructions I found seem to work  
only for PC users. Can you tell me of another program that can  
convert these files into something that Open Office can read? If  
there any solution to my problem that does not resort in me spending  
money to buy a PC or PC emulator please e-mail me ASAP.
