Hi Mike, Try saving the spreadsheet as an "OpenDocument Spreadsheet Template (.ots)" instead of the default .ods by changing the "File Type" dropdown in either "Save or Save As...". I'm familiar with the functionality you're talking about in Excel, and while this suggestion won't be identical I think it will meet your requirements. Here's the cool thing about using a template: You just double-click the template and OpenOffice opens a new untitled spreadsheet that is exactly like the template, formulas and all. But since it's not the original template itself, it's disposable - just trash it at the end of the day and start fresh from the template again the next day.
