Hi.
1. Changing the tool bar: Right click a tool bar and select "customize"
and go from there.
2. Because xls format is not an open document format, which makes it hard
to make software that can handle those file formats, I guess. Too many
"secrets"... I guess that's what happens when Microsoft refuse to... well,
how should I put it... cooperate with the rest of the world...
3. Excel is not capable of opening ods files and Microsoft are not going
to support it, unless a lot of people want MS OFfice to support Open
Document formats, so write an angry letter to the Microsoft support
team... OR you can save your Open Office work in a format that MS Office
can read, such as xls, doc etc.
