No. None of the microsoft sites even link to OpenOffice.org let alone
have downloads of it. You can download the latest version of
OpenOffice.org for your computer here:
http://download.openoffice.org/2.0.2/index.html
Once it is installed, the module which can read or make powerpoints is
called Impress.
