Depends on the version of Word, I suppose, but yes. Word supported
nested tables before Writer did. I saw another post on here a couple of
days ago reporting the same or similar problem. Probably a bug since
Writer's support of nested tables is very new.
I'm hesitant to call it a bug and more likely to say Writer doesn't
support the export to Word of nested tables.
It is inconvenient but at least Writer works right :-)
