I’ve scoured the web but couldn’t find the answer.  OK, here’s the
question:
 
Why can’t I install Open Office?  Operating system is Windows XP Pro
OEM, which I installed on a new system build.  I am operating the system
under a user account that I set up with full administrative rights.
When I click on the Open Office unpacked installation files’ “Setup”
file, I get an error “setup was unable to find the file””.  Huh?  Best I
could make out from Internet searches is that this pertains user
accounts and administrator privileges.  Well, it’s my computer that I
setup – both hardware and software.  The account I am using has full
admin privileges. 
 
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I would really like to join the
Open Office community...if I can just get it installed.
