I do not recall users list ever being notified. Maybe this is
something that could be done; however the expectation is that those
interested will look at the project pages from time to time. I will
see if there is a project member willing to manage this. Perhaps you
would like to contribute this service?
It strikes me that it would be simple for the person who uploads the new
version to drop an email to the list. Talk about timely!!
