I believe that X-11 is not available from Apple for 10.2.x. I belive
that Apple had
an X-11 for 10.2.x as a beta which they no longer have up on their web
site. 10.3.x
and above has X-11 on the installation CD or DVD available as a custom
install, or
downloadable from Apple's web site.
For 10.2.8 you need to look to another source for X-11. Installing
either the BSD ports
or Fink (with the Fink Commander GUI) should allow the installation of
a third party
X-11 package.

how to get an OpenOffice version for Mac Powerbook G3 with OS-X
10.2.8?
You need to install X (or it may be called XWindows) first. Any Mac
forum
should be able to help you with this.
