Thanks for the help. I've been away from this mail account for a couple of days, so haven't answered sooner. Regex worked up to a point. The rest I deleted by hand.
Dann I suggest using the regular expression feature of Find and Replace. Simply highlight the text you wish to manipulate and put the regex in the Find field and nothing is the Replace field and either use Replace All or manually use Find and Replace sequentially to get the job done.
