[users] Orthographic marks for Portuguese

I am using Open Office 2.0 and, as I write many documents in Portuguese, I 
would like to be able to use proper orthographic marks (accents on vowels, 
tildas, cedila on C, etc.) I have not figured out how to do this in Open 
Office. If possible, I would like to download a Portuguese (Brazilian) 
dictionary and spell check to use in addition to my English default. Is any of 
this possible?
