I made a form on a Writer document, added a listbox with four entries: ¨Entry 1¨;¨Entry 2¨;¨Entry 3¨;¨Final Entry¨ and then deleted the first entry, without deleting the line break in the control data entry box. I got a list box that has the first entry as a null. I can access the listbox by tabbing into it, and if something other than the first entry is selected, just hit Home, and it gets the null entry. Try it and see if that works for you.
