I assume you are referring to the two choices:
Windows (with JRE)
Windows (without JRE).
JRE is Java Runtime Environment. It is needed if you are going to be
using the database component of OpenOffice.org (OOo). The wizards also
need JRE. I would recommend you select Windows (with JRE). It will install
OOo and JRE.
