     I have taken a few days to think about this. It seems to me that what 
you want to do is insert cross references. Set the reference first. (You 
will be giving the reference a name.) Then insert it by name in as many 
different places as you want. Help has enough information to get you 
going. (Insert > Cross-reference > Help)
