Hi Troy,

This is not an OOo (OpenOffice.org) issue. The fact that the first crash
and BSOD (Famous Windows "Blue Screen Of Death") appeared while you were
using OOo is nothing more than coincidence.

The problem is an operating system (sounds like Windows 98) error and
suggests that there is a hardware problem with the ThinkPad or the
operating system configuration has been corrupted.

Recommendation: Have the ThinkPad checked over for a hardware faults.

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I am 99.9999% sure that OOo is not
the cause of your problem.
