Graphic at the top of a page:
Turn on Nonprinting Characters (the icon looks like a paragraph mark).
Make sure there are at least two paragraph markers below the graphic.
Right click the graphic, and set the anchor "To Paragraph".
Drag the graphic down to the second paragraph marker.
Turn off Nonprinting Characters.
End of a document that ends in a table:
Turn on Nonprinting Characters. (If there is a paragraph marker below the
table, you already have a blank paragraph at the end of the document.
Otherwise,
Leave on the Nonprinting Characters.
Make an empty paragraph between the text and the table.
Highlight the entire table.
Drag the table to the empty paragraph you just make.
Now remove the bottom of the two tables:
Click a cell of the bottom table to highlight it, and Table > Delete >
Table.
