That's exactly what I was trying to convey. I'm in the same situation under 
SuSE. Absolutely rock solid nfs. To change filesystems to solve a problem 
with nfs seems silly. I think the whole thread is one of misunderstanding and 
lack of information. I *know* nfs works both for mounting the program and 
running on the clients *and* simply for sharing files. I'd really like to 
help but without the necesary information I just can't.
