That's what I'm doing now. However, when I change the style, bullets don't
appear unless I set it explicitly.

For example:

- Create a new style Called "My Bullet"
- Select Bullet/Numbering and use "List 1"

Now take your paragraph and toggle between "My Bullet" and "Text body".
Unless you explicitly press the "Bullet" button on the toolbar, the bullet
will not be used.

Why do I want this? I want a format based on "Text body" that inserts a
bullet. I want to be able to toggle between Text body and "My bullet" and
see the bullet appear and disappear automatically.
