Hello Peter.
If you really want to do web pages, an office suite isn't the best tool
just as a web browser isn't the best tool for reading and editing text.
I use Quanta <http://quanta.kdewebdev.org/> but there are others that
are still much better than any word processor. I have used Mozilla's
composer in the past.
