While you have the presentation open, click View > Notes Page. This
opens the Notes section in the middle of the window. You can then type in
your notes below the slide.
To enter notes on a specific slide, click that slide in the Slide
pane.
Just remember that these notes will NOT show on the screen when the
presentation is run.
