Place the frames together in another frame.
However, it appears that only the enclosing frame's attributes, such as
wrap and transparency etc. are honoured by text on the page. I.e. I
tried to set wrapping in the text frames to optimal, and the parent
frame to "through", and the underlying page text just flows through all
frames.
However, as expected, text inside the parent frame complies with the
wrap settings of the inside frames.
