Just a point of clarification here. I thoroughly tested Richard's
document with 2.0.2 and the closest I came to replicating the problem
was to put it on a Linux server with read-only permissions and open it
on an XP client. The document opened fine, but froze the OOo window (not
the OS). Otherwise, OOo 2.0.2 had no difficulty opening editing and
saving the document in several formats.
