OpenOffice.org (OOo) is an office suite, and is not a email client.
However, you can compose your email in Writer (OOo's word processor). You
can then copy and paste the information into an Outlook email if you want.
You can also do this:
File > Send > Document as E-mail. Outlook should open with your email
listed as an attachment. One WARNING: FIRST you would need to save your
email as this file type: MS Word 97/2000/XP (*.doc).
