I'd appreciate your help in getting this to work. I have a mailing of 200
letters to go out early this week. The letter is ready to go, if I can just get
the envelopes to print with an address on them.
  Thanks.

What operating system are you using ? XPHOME
How much memory(RAM) is in your computer ? 384 MB RAM
What were you doing when OpenOffice.org crashed ? TRYING TO SET UP THE
ENVELOPES. EACH TIME IT DIDN'T WORK I CLOSED THE DOCUMENT AND OPENED ANOTHER
ONE TO TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT. BY THE TIME I HIT THE 4TH OR 5TH DOCUMENT IT
CRASHES. IT'S CRASHED ABOUT 5 TIMES NOW DOING THIS - TRYING TO GET ENVELOPES TO
WORK. WHAT NO ONE HAS TOLD ME IS HOW TO GET THE ENVELOPES TO CONNECT TO THE
DATABASE. I HAVE LOOKED IN FAQ, HELP AND OTHER SUPPORT AREAS AND SAW OTHER
PEOPLE COMPLAINING THAT THIS FEATURE IS HARD TO USE. NO WHERE IN YOUR
DOCUMENTATION OR HELP DOES IT TALK ABOUT LINKING TO THE DATABASE, AS IN LABELS.
ISN'T IT THE SAME CONCEPT?
