I assume you are looking for a word processor. It is called Writer in
OpenOffice.org (OOo). The cost is Zero regardless of the currency. Your
only possible cost would be the download time. If you have access to
broadband, it will take less than 30 minutes to download the file. If you
are on dial-up, it may take as long as 7 hours.
OOo does not come with separate programs. Instead it is an integrated
program with components. Thus everything is in one file. While you must
download the whole program, you can choose to to a custom intstall which
installs the desired components only.
