I am on 56kB. Such two files cost me 1.5 hour of download time. If I may
propose to restrict size of single message to 30 kB? This is more then
sufficient for out post.

So am I, though I usually connect at 49.2. The problem I ran into was
that this computer (mostly monitor) was in the shop and I had to read
on-line. (The repair shop was supposed to download my mail but didn't.)
Webmail was so slow (older computer) that messages were piling up. Those
two huge messages plus the accumulation resulted in bouncing messages,
which meant that yahoogroups cut me off - in the past, it's been up to a
month before I was allowed to receive yahoogroups messages again.
